We have extensive experience in HOA management. We
have a history of creating new (and taking over existing)
homeowners' associations (HOAs)-and, today, manage 90 condominium
and community associations in multiple states throughout the
U.S.
Management Services
We offer comprehensive property management services at each of
our locations. In addition, we employ industry-leading strategies
to maximize operational efficiencies and profitability for our
owners. Services include, but are not limited to:
Housekeeping, Maintenance and Around-the-Clock
Support
- Daily housekeeping, upon request, as well as regular "deep
cleans"
- A dedicated property manager, as well as a 24-hour guest
services department on-site, so owners and guests always have
someone to call for assistance
- On-site maintenance crews who will immediately respond to items
in need of repair, and will inspect owners' units as requested
- Re-stocking services for kitchen supplies, bath amenities and
other necessities. This includes glassware, plates, utensils,
toasters, coffee makers, toilet paper, towels, light bulbs,
cleaning supplies, etc.
- Concierge services to help owners and guests with their every
need-from making dining reservations, to purchasing lift tickets,
to scheduling tee times, to coordinating transportation
Rental Program-Maintenance and Reservations

Participation in the rental program ensures a seamless
experience for owners and the guests renting their units. Services
include:
- Daily inspection of owners' units throughout rental guests'
stay
- Daily housekeeping services for guests
- Pre-arrival preparation and post-departure inspections
